How we bill for Dialexa

Dialexa operates on a straightforward monthly subscription model. You're billed monthly in advance, and we accept all major payment methods including card and bank transfer for your convenience.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime, no lock-in

You can cancel your Dialexa subscription at any time. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, we'll stop collecting new patient data and you'll lose access to the platform.

Liability limits

Limits on our liability to you

Dialexa provides its service on an as-is basis. Except where the law does not permit it, Dialexa's total liability to you for any claims arising from this agreement or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid Dialexa in the 12 months before the claim arose. Dialexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
